Join Brittanya as the season changes for this three day exploration of yoga, self care, and beautiful Nelson, BC!
October is the perfect time to reset and restore as the leaves change colours and the temperatures start to cool. Brittanya will facilitate time and space for you to let go of stress and head into the winter feeling empowered and relaxed!
This three day retreat includes:
– one 90 minute massage (you are welcome to book more if you’d like)
– daily private infrared sauna sessions (all towels are provided)
– an easy morning yoga practice to stretch you out, along with a short and simple meditation
– local & accessible hikes in the Nelson area each day
– evening restorative yoga classes to set you up for a great sleep!
* Please note that you are responsible for travel, accommodation, and food for the retreat. We will update you with recommendations for all of these.
We recommend the Cloudside Inn B&B for accommodations as they are only a half block away from the studio, right downtown!
