Please note our refund policy which applies online and in store:
Retail products may be exchanged for a similar product if that product is in stock, otherwise no refunds will be given for retail products UNLESS said product has a manufacturer’s defect. In the case of manufacturer’s defect a full refund will be given. This refund may be provided via the way the item was paid for if it was paid via credit or cash, debit sales will be refunded with cash; it may also be refunded via a credit for in store purchases, or via an exchange for goods of an equal value.
All services including yoga classes, workshops, massages, and infrared sauna sessions will not be refunded. In the case of pre-paid services where appointments or workshops are cancelled by the studio a full refund or credit will be given. In the case of pre-paid services where the client cancels, a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee + along with any other cancellation fees outlined for the service or event will be given.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase or payment.
