Find new inspiration and learn a solid vinyasa sequence as you immerse yourself in this five day session. The vigorous vinyasa practice will have you sweating and moving through a set series of practice. In the afternoon we will cover different self care options to help you sustain your practice long term.
Morning sessions 6:30-8:30am – Vinyasa Flow Practice Immerse yourself in your practice for 5 days in beautiful Nelson, BC! The mornings will begin with a short and simple meditation, followed by a solid vinyasa practice with modifications available.
Afternoon sessions 1:30-3:30pm – Self-Care Sessions
Each afternoon we will cover methods of self-care with opportunities to discuss how to incorporate them into your daily practice.

Yoga experience is required. Fit beginners are welcome.
